Der Einsatz der Methode des\u00a0Building Information Modeling (BIM)<\/a> ist ein wesentliches Element auf dem Weg zur digitalen Transformation der Baubranche und soll helfen, die vorhandenen \u00f6konomischen und \u00f6kologischen Potenziale von baulichen Verm\u00f6genswerten zu nutzen.<\/p>\n

BIM begleitet den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Bauwerks, von der Planung \u00fcber die Ausf\u00fchrung bis zur Nutzung und dem R\u00fcckbau. Ziel ist es, die Zusammenarbeit durch eine gemeinsame Datenumgebung zu verbessern, was wiederum die Koordination, Kommunikation und Transparenz erh\u00f6ht. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen Planung, Kosten und Termine zuverl\u00e4ssiger gestaltet werden. Zudem tr\u00e4gt eine optimierte Material- und Energieeffizienz im Betrieb zur Ressourcenschonung und einer besseren \u00d6kobilanz des Geb\u00e4udes bei.<\/p>\n

Die Stadtverwaltung Stuttgart setzt bereits erste Bauma\u00dfnahmen als Pilotprojekte nach BIM-Standards um. Bis zum Jahr 2030 soll die BIM-Methode als Standard f\u00fcr alle st\u00e4dtischen Bauvorhaben gelten.<\/p>\n

Die Plattform wird als System aus Systemen kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und erweitert. Dabei liegt ein Fokus auf der Erweiterung der bestehenden Geodatenbasis durch die Integration m\u00f6glichst vieler weiterer Geodatens\u00e4tze. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist die technische Evolution durch die Weiterentwicklung von Software, die Optimierung von Schnittstellen und die Gew\u00e4hrleistung des Datenschutzes.
