Stuttgart erweitert das Online-Angebot seiner B\u00fcrgerservices. Seit Juni 2024 testet die Stadtverwaltung die Videoberatung in einem zw\u00f6lfmonatigen Pilotprojekt. Ziel ist es, den B\u00fcrgerservice moderner, flexibler und nahbarer zu gestalten. Die Stadt erprobt in diesem Rahmen ausgew\u00e4hlte Dienstleistungen und sammelt wertvolle Erfahrungen \u2013 von der Kommunikation zwischen B\u00fcrgern und Sachbearbeitenden \u00fcber die fachlichen Abl\u00e4ufe bis hin zur Schulung der Mitarbeitenden – um den Service langfristig zu optimieren.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Warum Videoberatung?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Mit der Videoberatung bringt die Stadt ihre Dienstleistungen direkt zu den B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern \u2013 bequem, schnell und ohne den Weg ins Amt. B\u00fcrger sparen Zeit und profitieren von flexibleren Beratungszeiten. Gleichzeitig verschlankt die Stadt ihre Prozesse und erm\u00f6glicht effizientere Abl\u00e4ufe.<\/p>\n

Wie funktioniert das Angebot?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Die Videoberatung startet in der Regel nach einem pers\u00f6nlichen Kontakt mit den Sachbearbeitenden. Alternativ k\u00f6nnen B\u00fcrger bereits bei der Terminvereinbarung ein Beratungsgespr\u00e4ch buchen. Nach der Beratung teilt man \u00fcber einen Online-Fragebogen Feedback, um das Angebot weiter zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Die ersten Tests laufen bereits: Das Sozialamt hat im Juni 2024 den Auftakt gemacht und erste Erfahrungen gesammelt. Weitere Fachabteilungen pr\u00fcfen derzeit, wie sich die Videoberatung in ihren Arbeitsalltag integrieren l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n
