GitHub Copilot schl\u00e4gt in Echtzeit Code vor, unterst\u00fctzt bei der Erstellung von Testf\u00e4llen, hilft bei Dokumentation und Umstrukturierungen. Dadurch wird das Verst\u00e4ndnis von komplexen Codezeilen erleichtert. Routineaufgaben werden reduziert und die Codequalit\u00e4t nachhaltig gest\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Entwicklungsteams bedeutet das:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Auf Basis der positiven Erfahrungen aus der Machbarkeitsstudie ist eine schrittweise Einf\u00fchrung von GitHub Copilot f\u00fcr weitere Entwicklungsteams der Stadt Stuttgart geplant. Ziel ist es, allen Entwicklerinnen und Entwicklern eine moderne KI-Assistenz bereitzustellen und damit die Attraktivit\u00e4t sowie Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit unserer IT-Arbeitspl\u00e4tze zu st\u00e4rken<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Um Qualit\u00e4t, Sicherheit und verantwortungsvollen Einsatz dauerhaft zu gew\u00e4hrleiten, wird eine j\u00e4hrliche \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung etabliert. Dabei werden Nutzung, Mehrwert, Datenschutzkonformit\u00e4t und Optimierungspotenziale<\/strong> systematisch \u00fcberpr\u00fcft. So wird sichergestellt, dass der KI-Einsatz regelm\u00e4\u00dfig weiterentwickelt und an neue Anforderungen angepasst wird. Leitung und Steuerung, sowie der Datenschutz haben dabei h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t. Die Nutzung erfolgt gem\u00e4\u00df interner KI-Leitlinien. Sensible und personenbezogene Daten werden nicht verarbeitet.<\/p>\n
