Ein zentrales Element ist die automatisierte Konfliktpr\u00fcfung: VIZneo pr\u00fcft automatisch, ob sich geplante Ma\u00dfnahmen zeitlich und r\u00e4umlich \u00fcberschneiden \u2013 zum Beispiel, ob zwei Baustellen dieselbe Stra\u00dfe zur gleichen Zeit nutzen wollen. So k\u00f6nnen Konflikte fr\u00fchzeitig erkannt und vermieden werden.<\/p>\n

VIZneo ist eng mit der st\u00e4dtischen Geodateninfrastruktur verkn\u00fcpft. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen geografische Informationen (z.\u202fB. Stra\u00dfennetze, Bebauungsdaten) direkt in die Planung und Pr\u00fcfung einflie\u00dfen. Au\u00dferdem ist das System an das eGovernment-Portal \u201eService Stuttgart<\/strong>\u201c angebunden. Das bedeutet: Genehmigungen k\u00f6nnen digital beantragt und verwaltet werden \u2013 ohne Papierformulare, schneller und transparenter.<\/p>\n

Operativer Nutzen f\u00fcr Verwaltung und Verkehrsteilnehmende<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Die im System erfassten Informationen werden auch in der Verkehrsleitzentrale<\/strong> der Stadt genutzt. Dort helfen sie dabei, bei St\u00f6rungen schnell zu reagieren und den Verkehrsfluss gezielt zu steuern. E-Scooter sind seit 2019 Teil des Stra\u00dfenverkehrs \u2013 und auch in Stuttgart ein fester Bestandteil des Stadtbilds.
