Der WohngeldBot \u00fcbernimmt Aufgaben, die bislang manuell durchgef\u00fchrt wurden \u2013 und entlastet damit die Mitarbeitenden. Zu seinen zentralen Funktionen geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>

    Mit dem Projekt verfolgt die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart das Ziel, Verwaltungsverfahren effizienter zu gestalten und die Mitarbeitenden sp\u00fcrbar zu entlasten. <\/strong>Gleichzeitig soll die Qualit\u00e4t der Bearbeitung verbessert<\/strong> und die Bearbeitungsdauer f\u00fcr B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger verk\u00fcrzt<\/strong> werden.<\/p>

    Der Wohngeldbot steht exemplarisch f\u00fcr den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von KI in der kommunalen Verwaltung<\/strong> \u2013<\/strong> mit dem Anspruch, einen modernen und b\u00fcrgernahen Verwaltungsservice zu etablieren<\/strong>, der den Anforderungen einer digitalisierten Gesellschaft gerecht wird.<\/p>

    Es trifft ausdr\u00fccklich keine verwaltungsrechtlichen Entscheidungen\u00a0 - dies obliegt weiterhin ausschlie\u00dflich den Sachbearbeitenden \u2013 und dient prim\u00e4r als Hilfestellung bei der Bearbeitung der Antr\u00e4ge.<\/p>
