Am Standort J\u00e4gerstra\u00dfe 14\u201318<\/strong> werden vielf\u00e4ltige Leistungen f\u00fcr gefl\u00fcchtete Menschen angeboten \u2013 darunter Leistungen nach dem AsylbLG, die Aufnahme und Unterbringung der Menschen (Amt f\u00fcr Soziales und Teilhabe) als auch das Ausstellen von Ausweisdokumenten (Ausl\u00e4nderbeh\u00f6rde). Ein intelligentes Terminal f\u00fcr bessere B\u00fcrgerservices<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Das neue System ist ein digitaler Assistent und soll als Terminal zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Mit dem Terminal werden einfache Anliegen direkt vor Ort digital bearbeitet. Es soll die Besuchersteuerung einfacher machen und den Zugang zu Verwaltungsleistungen verbessern.<\/p>\n

Was genau ist geplant?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Im Rahmen einer Machbarkeitsstudie entsteht ein multilingualer Prototyp<\/strong>, der mit Hilfe einer regelbasierten Schrittnavigation und dem Einsatz von K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz einfache Ausk\u00fcnfte geben und Besuchsanliegen einordnen kann.<\/p>\n

Geplant sind folgende Funktionen:<\/p>\n

    Das Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, den Zugang zu st\u00e4dtischen Leistungen einfacher und zielgerichteter zu gestalten.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Durch den Einsatz des intelligenten Terminals soll die Besuchersteuerung verbessert<\/strong>, die Verwaltung entlastet<\/strong> und die digitale Teilhabe gef\u00f6rdert<\/strong> werden. Dieser virtuelle Assistent soll B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger dabei unterst\u00fctzen, Fragen rund um st\u00e4dtische Dienstleistungen jederzeit online zu kl\u00e4ren<\/strong> \u2013 ganz ohne Wartezeiten oder \u00d6ffnungszeiten.     Der Chatbot ist ein textbasierter, KI-gest\u00fctzter Assistent, der \u00fcber die st\u00e4dtische Website erreichbar ist. Er beantwortet h\u00e4ufig gestellte Fragen automatisiert und kann Nutzerinnen und Nutzer durch Prozesse oder Formulare leiten. Dabei lernt das System mit \u2013 je h\u00e4ufiger es genutzt wird, desto pr\u00e4ziser werden die Antworten.<\/p>

    Mit dem Chatbot m\u00f6chte die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart die digitale Kommunikation mit B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern verbessern<\/strong> \u2013 und zugleich die Mitarbeitenden in der Verwaltung entlasten.<\/p>
