Mit Einf\u00fchrung des reformierten \u201eWohngeld Plus\u201c Gesetzes ist die Zahl der Antr\u00e4ge deutlich gestiegen \u2013 und damit auch die Arbeitsbelastung in der Wohngeldsachbearbeitung. Um die Mitarbeitenden zu entlasten und die Bearbeitungszeiten f\u00fcr B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger zu verk\u00fcrzen, f\u00fchrt die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart das KI-basierte Assistenzsystem<\/strong> „wohni“<\/strong> ein.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Das intelligente System unterst\u00fctzt die Verwaltung dabei, Antr\u00e4ge schneller, zuverl\u00e4ssiger und benutzerfreundlicher zu bearbeiten \u2013 und leistet somit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer modernen und b\u00fcrgerorientierten Dienstleistung.<\/p>\n

Was kann „wohni“?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Das KI-Assistenzsystem \u00fcbernimmt Aufgaben, die bislang manuell durchgef\u00fchrt wurden \u2013 und entlastet damit die Mitarbeitenden. Zu seinen zentralen Funktionen geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n

  • Automatische Vollst\u00e4ndigkeitspr\u00fcfung:<\/strong> Kontrolle eingereichter Unterlagen und Erstellung von Nachforderungsschreiben<\/li>\n
  • Digitale Dokumentenverarbeitung:<\/strong> Sortierung und Zuordnung von Dateien aus E-Mails, Scans und Beh\u00f6rdenpost<\/li>\n
  • Intelligente Datenextraktion:<\/strong> Auslesen relevanter Inhalte aus maschinell oder handschriftlich ausgef\u00fcllten Formularen<\/li>\n
  • Bearbeitungshinweise f\u00fcr Sachbearbeitende:<\/strong> Empfehlungen und Hinweise (z.B. bei widerspr\u00fcchlichen Angaben) auf Basis der eingereichten Dokumente<\/li>\n

    Was wollen wir damit erreichen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Mit dem Projekt verfolgt die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart das Ziel, Verwaltungsverfahren effizienter zu gestalten und die Mitarbeitenden sp\u00fcrbar zu entlasten. <\/strong>Gleichzeitig soll die Qualit\u00e4t der Bearbeitung verbessert<\/strong> und die Bearbeitungsdauer f\u00fcr B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger verk\u00fcrzt<\/strong> werden.<\/p>\n

    „Wohni“<\/strong> steht exemplarisch f\u00fcr den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von KI in der kommunalen Verwaltung<\/strong> \u2013<\/strong> mit dem Anspruch, einen modernen und b\u00fcrgernahen Verwaltungsservice zu etablieren<\/strong>, der den Anforderungen einer digitalisierten Gesellschaft gerecht wird.<\/p>\n

    Die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart entwickelt derzeit ein internes GPT-System, dass Mitarbeitende der Verwaltung im Berufsalltag unterst\u00fctzen soll. Ziel ist es, Routinet\u00e4tigkeiten zu automatisieren, komplexe Informationen nutzbar zu machen und die Qualit\u00e4t sowie Effizienz der Arbeit zu steigern.<\/p><\/blockquote>

      Mit dem Projekt verfolgt die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart das Ziel, Verwaltungsprozesse durch den gezielten Einsatz von K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz effizienter zu gestalten<\/strong>. Durch automatisierte Abl\u00e4ufe sollen Arbeitsprozesse beschleunigt und die Qualit\u00e4t bei der Erstellung und Verarbeitung von Informationen erh\u00f6ht<\/strong> werden.<\/p>

      Besonderer Wert wird dabei auf den verantwortungsvollen und datenschutzkonformen Einsatz<\/strong> der Technologie gelegt \u2013 innerhalb eines sicheren, internen Systems. Gleichzeitig dient das Vorhaben als Modellprojekt<\/strong>, um Erfahrungen f\u00fcr den breiteren <\/strong><\/p>
