Humanoide Roboter als digitale Helfer im direkten B\u00fcrgerkontakt
<\/strong>Ziel ist es, humanoide Roboter mit k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz unter realen Bedingungen<\/strong> im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum zu erproben \u2013 direkt dort, wo Menschen t\u00e4glich mit der Verwaltung oder kommunalen Einrichtungen in Kontakt kommen.<\/p>\n

Im \u00a0Juni 2025<\/strong> werden zwei Roboterk\u00f6pfe f\u00fcr jeweils zwei Wochen an drei Standorten eingesetzt. Sie geben einfache Ausk\u00fcnfte, helfen bei der Orientierung und treten mit Besuchenden in den Dialog. Das Projekt verbindet damit technologische Innovation mit praktischer B\u00fcrgern\u00e4he<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Mit dem Einsatz einer KI-gest\u00fctzten Protokollsoftware geht die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart einen innovativen Schritt: K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz erstellt automatisch strukturierte, pr\u00e4zise und durchsuchbare Protokolle \u2013 in Echtzeit w\u00e4hrend der Besprechung.<\/p>

      So funktioniert die automatische Protokollierung<\/strong>
      Die KI-Software zeichnet Gespr\u00e4che w\u00e4hrend eines Meetings auf, transkribiert diese automatisch und identifiziert relevante Inhalte wie Entscheidungen, Aufgaben oder offene Punkte. Im Anschluss erstellt sie ein gegliedertes Protokoll, das direkt weiterverwendet werden kann.\u00a0Zudem bietet das System intelligente Suchfunktionen, mit denen Nutzerinnen und Nutzer gezielt nach Begriffen oder Themen in vergangenen Besprechungen suchen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

        Mit dem Projekt soll die Effizienz von Verwaltungsprozessen gesteigert und gleichzeitig ein Beitrag zu einem modernen, digitalen Arbeitsumfeld geleistet werden. Die KI-Anwendung erm\u00f6glicht eine h\u00f6here Qualit\u00e4t und Nachvollziehbarkeit von Protokollen und reduziert den Aufwand f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende. Zugleich wird die Software als innovativer Baustein f\u00fcr den intelligenten Einsatz von KI in der kommunalen Verwaltung erprobt \u2013 mit dem Ziel, Erfahrungen f\u00fcr weitere digitale Anwendungen zu sammeln.<\/p>
