Der F\u00f6rderprozess beginnt mit der Einreichung des Antrags. Nach der Pr\u00fcfung wird ein Zuwendungsbescheid erstellt. Nach der Auszahlung der F\u00f6rdersumme und der Durchf\u00fchrung des Vorhabens endet der Prozess mit der Pr\u00fcfung des Verwendungsnachweises. An diesem Vorhaben wird seit 2020 gearbeitet. Ziel ist es, die gesamte Abwicklung der institutionellen und kontinuierlichen Projektf\u00f6rderung f\u00fcr Kulturinstitutionen k\u00fcnftig \u00fcber die Plattform MeinService Stuttgart zu erm\u00f6glichen. Die Bearbeitung der F\u00f6rderantr\u00e4ge kann dann digital und ohne Medienbr\u00fcche von den Mitarbeitenden der Abteilung Kulturf\u00f6rderung im Kulturamt erfolgen.<\/p>\n

Der Vorteil:<\/strong> Viele Kulturinstitutionen nutzen MeinService Stuttgart bereits, um ihre Veranstaltungen im Veranstaltungskalender auf Stuttgart.de einzutragen. Auch die zuk\u00fcnftige Eintragung der eigenen Einrichtung in den Kulturfinder soll \u00fcber MeinService Stuttgart erfolgen. So k\u00f6nnen Stuttgarter Kulturinstitutionen in Zukunft eine Plattform f\u00fcr drei Dienstleistungen nutzen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Beitrag zur Belebung der Innenstadt<\/strong><\/h4><\/div>

Das Digitale Fu\u00dfg\u00e4ngerleitsystem Stuttgart (FLS) bietet Echtzeit-Veranstaltungshinweise und Informationen zu den wichtigsten Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten der Stadt. Damit tr\u00e4gt es aktiv zur Belebung und Attraktivierung der Innenstadt bei und regt die B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger sowie Besucher an, die vielf\u00e4ltigen Kultur- und Freizeitangebote in Stuttgart zu nutzen.<\/p>

Das FLS setzt sich aus zwei Komponenten zusammen:<\/p>

  1. Physische Stelen<\/strong>: Diese Stelen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber drei drehbare Wegweiser-Pfeile und hochaufl\u00f6sende LED-Displays, die Veranstaltungshinweise und Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten anzeigen. Dank Georeferenzierung passen sich die Pfeile bei jedem Wechsel der Anzeige neu an die jeweilige Spielst\u00e4tte oder den Point of Interest (PoI) an. Dieses besondere Feature zieht die Aufmerksamkeit der Passanten auf sich und verbessert die Orientierung in der Innenstadt.<\/li>
  2. Mobile Webseite<\/strong>: \u00dcber einen QR-Code an jeder Stele k\u00f6nnen Nutzer auf eine mobile Webseite zugreifen, die weitere Informationen zur angezeigten Veranstaltung sowie Optionen zum Online-Ticketkauf und Google Maps-Routing bietet.<\/li><\/ol>

    Derzeit sind in Stuttgart drei Stelen installiert und in Betrieb, weitere Stelen sind bereits in Planung.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
