Das st\u00e4dtische Beteiligungsportal \u201eStuttgart \u2013 Meine Stadt<\/strong>\u201c richtet sich an alle Stuttgarterinnen und Stuttgarter. Auf dem Portal finden sich kommende, aktuelle und abgeschlossene Vorhaben der Stadt, insgesamt knapp 400 Projekte.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Relaunch des Beteiligungsportals
<\/strong><\/h4>\n

B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger k\u00f6nnen sich auf dem Beteiligungsportal \u201eStuttgart \u2013 Meine Stadt\u201c \u00fcber die Pl\u00e4ne der Stadtverwaltung, anstehende Termine und die M\u00f6glichkeit, Ideen und Anregungen einzubringen, informieren. Da das aktuelle Portal seit fast acht Jahren besteht und sich die technischen M\u00f6glichkeiten sowie das Nutzungsverhalten stark ver\u00e4ndert haben, plant die Stadt einen Relaunch. Ziel ist eine moderne, intuitive L\u00f6sung, die optimiert f\u00fcr mobile Endger\u00e4te ist (Mobile First).<\/p>\n

Der neue digitale Beteiligungsservice soll die Bev\u00f6lkerung motivieren, aktiv teilzunehmen und mit der Stadtverwaltung in Interaktion zu treten. Dazu werden verschiedene digitale Formate und Visualisierungen k\u00fcnftiger Projekte, etwa in der Stadtplanung, angeboten, m\u00f6glicherweise auch in Augmented oder Mixed Reality. Das Portal zielt darauf ab, eine breite Zielgruppe anzusprechen, einschlie\u00dflich Familien, Senioren und Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund, f\u00fcr die Sprachbarrieren durch ein KI-gest\u00fctztes \u00dcbersetzungstool abgebaut werden sollen.<\/p>\n

Eine moderne Softwarel\u00f6sung wird zudem Barrieren in den internen Abl\u00e4ufen verringern und die Zusammenarbeit verbessern. Die Verwaltung des Portals soll durch ein neues Administrations- und Auswertungsdashboard nutzerfreundlicher und effizienter gestaltet werden. KI wird eingesetzt, um die Analyse der Beteiligungsbeitr\u00e4ge zu beschleunigen. Insgesamt wird das neue System durch eine flexible und modulare Softwarearchitektur mit offenen Technologien charakterisiert.<\/p>\n
